Current Size: 3.5”–4” inch (juvenile)

Adult Size: 12–15 cm (true dwarf species)

Appearance: Bright red body and fins with blue-green iridescent shine

Temperament: Semi-aggressive, territorial; can sometimes be kept in pairs or harems if tank is large enough

Tank Size: Minimum 80–100 liters with secure lid (excellent jumper)

Habitat Needs: Rock caves, driftwood, plants, and shaded areas to mimic natural environment
