  • We provide islandwide delivery in Sri Lanka

  • Delivery times depend on your location and logistical factors; estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.

  • Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon our delivery (i.e. when delivery is completed).

  • In the event of damage or defects during transit, you must notify us immediately (within a specified time window, say 24 hours) with photographic evidence.

  • Because many of our products are live (fish, plants) or delicate, we generally do not accept returns except in certain cases of damage, death, or serious defects.

  • For non-live goods (accessories etc.), returns may be accepted under certain conditions (unused, unopened, within a set period).

  • If you cancel an order before dispatch, we may refund the amount (minus any bank or transaction charges).

  • Refunds will be processed according to your original payment method; it may take some time depending on banks.
